About Us

St Luke's Limited is the Trading Company of The Gordon Highlanders Museum operating the Tea Room, Corporate Functions, Museum and Internet Shop. Vat Registration Number 682 7852 89.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the different sections of the shop and click on any items you wish to purchase. Clicking on the item will put it into your shopping basket, which can be viewed at any time. At the end of your shopping, your basket will show the items selected and the total cost of your purchases. You may still change any item until you click the Buy button.

Shipping and Handling

Postage and packing will be added to your invoice (which will be sent at the same time as your goods). We always charge postage at the cost price, which we pay the Post Office to ship your goods. We only include a minimal amount for packing. Apart from the time when the Internet Staff member is on holiday we undertake to dispatch your order within 6-15 working days.

All postage for the UK will go 1st class signed for. UK Customers will receive an email on date of postage.

Postage for Europe, Rest of the World, New Zealand and Australia will go tracked & signed. These Customers will receive an email with their tracking number on date of postage.

For postage for Europe, Rest of the World, New Zealand and Australia for parcels more than 5kg, please contact us at for individual postage pricing.

Tax Charges

There are no additional taxes or charges added to your invoice.

Credit Card Security

Our Internet Site is completely secure. All your details are encrypted by the software used on our site. Our Internet Staff Member who is required to use a secret password to complete the process only decrypts the information.


Should any item order on line be out of stock, we will normally email the buyer and advise regarding the possible time delay. At this stage the buyer may choose whether the rest of the order should be sent or whether the order should be held till the list is complete. We ask for patience in this instance. We DO endeavour to fulfil all orders as soon as possible.

Returns/Cooling Off Period

Should the purchaser decide for any reason that they wish to return any of the products purchased, we will refund the full purchase price of the product(s). This refund will be given on safe receipt of the item(s). We allow the purchaser 14 days, after receipt of the order, to inform the Gordon Highlanders Museum of their intention to return any item. This should be done by email at or phone +44 (0)1224 311200. Thereafter the product should be posted within 21 days from receipt of the original order.

Damaged Goods and Shortages

These should be reported to the supplier within 7 days of receipt, stating the nature of the fault. We will endeavour to replace any broken or faulty product as soon as possible.
